Learning yoga from Justyoga at Tmn Pelangi for months. I was recommended by my sister (Ms.Kee) to join yoga. She has learnt the lessons for years. I joined yoga on every thursday. My sister and I are coached by Tane. Tane is a good and patient instructor. She conducted the lesson bilingually. I found that learning yoga can really relax my mind. Especially my tummy which has grown smaller. It's a fun-filled and rewarding experience. I perspired a lot during the lessons. It makes me resilient after work. Besides, I could sleep well at night.

Once again, thanks yoga for letting me have peace of mind. In brief, I would say learning yoga is a useful and rewarding experience. Thanks Tane and Jeff. Tane is an experienced instructor, her teaching is clearcut and articulate, also easy to understand.

I love exercising. I used to go to a gym. When I moved to JB, I was looking for a gym. I went to a hotel gym, or condominiums where teacher came to exercise with small group. But I didn't satisfy. Finally, I met Just Yoga. My friend took me there.

There are Japanese members,and teachers speak Japanese a little.Teachers and other members are very friendly. I go to Just Yoga once a week. I keep my body in tone, and easy in my mind as well. Thank you Just Yoga!

私は、運動が大好きで、ずっとジムに通っていました。JB,に引っ越してきたときも、ホテルのジムに行ったり、コンドミニアムに先生が来てくれるグループに入ってみたりして、ジムを探していました。でも、なかなか満足できませんでした。友人がJust Yogaに誘ってくれて、ようやくいいところを見つけることができました。

Just Yogaには、日本人のメンバーもいて、先生たちも 少し日本語を話してくれます。それに、皆さんとてもフレンドリーです。私は、週に1回通って、体も心も快調です。Just Yogaを見つけられてよかったですよ。

I think that everyone can easily pick up the yoga skill. It has been about 2 years since I started learning yoga. Before I started learning yoga, my body condition is always restless and I have various muscle aches on different body parts. However, after doing all the yoga exercise, my muscle aches have become better. I realized that through yoga exercise my body condition will continue to improve.

I like to practices yoga because I found it really helps on my body and mind.
