YOGA BASICS

The Basics Yoga Class is designed exclusively for new students, and students starting back to yoga after an extended period of time off.

A foundation class that focuses on postural alignment and breath.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga the foundation of all styles of yoga and it is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world.

By practising postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and stability.

PRENATAL YOGA

A class for mother-to-be, to have a comfortable and enjoyable pregnancy through the techniques of breathing exercises.

Physical movements and postures to strengthen and relax the body, to ease the mind and to connect with their baby in a safe and supportive environment.

ZUMBA

Zumba is an riveting dance workout that combines Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves.

Suitable all ages, tremendously fun and extremely rewarding, Zumba brings working out to the next level.

[Zumba] Sport Shoes with clean soles, Towel, Drinking Water, Exercise Wear.

Arrive early. Mind your personal hygiene. Minimize conversation. No mobile phones.


TIPS FOR NEWBIES

 

Start your class with "3C"!

  1. Check out the latest class schedule from our website.
  2. Choose a class according to your ability.
  3. Call and book for your space up to 3 days in advance.

 

You may need to know...

  1. Our class starts promptly. For new comers, please arrive 30 minutes early. 
  2. Come to class hydrated. No heavy meal 3 hours before class.
  3. Wear stretchy, close-fitting and light clothing that absorbs the sweat from your body. (Female is suggested to wear sport bra)
  4. Yoga is done barefoot and sport shoes for ZUMBA.  
  5. Bring a yoga mat, 2 medium/big towels and drinking water.

 

When you are in the classroom...

  1. Keep your belongings aside. Only yoga mat, towels, water are allowed in the classroom.
  2. Switch your mobile off or on silent. No phone talking in the classroom.
  3. Please observe silence in the classroom. No chatting.
  4. Abandon the competitive mind set. Yoga is absolutely non-competitive.
  5. Respect yourself and others, try to stay for the whole class.
